Your E.Q. Scores
(Statements 1-7)Ego States, or mental programs, you have developed: |
|||
| 0 | 35 | ||
| (Statements 8-14) Ego States that haven't developed or are used ineffectively: |
|||
| 0 | 35 | ||
| Your calculated Emotional Quotient or E.Q. is: |
|||
| 0 | 250 | ||
| The higher the score on the top line, the total of statements 1-7, suggests how well you have developed some of your mental programs, or Ego States. The higher the score on the middle line, the total of statements 8-14, suggest that some of your mental programs, or Ego States, either haven't developed yet or that you may be using in an ineffective manner. Your E.Q. score is determined by dividing your top line score by the middle line score and multiplying by 100. Mathematically, the possible range is 0 to infinity. Realistically, the range is 0 to about 250. The display is limited to this range. A score between 85 and 115 is considered to be in the 'Average' range. A score above 150 places you in upper level of emotional competence. Those who enjoy the most success in life, usually score around 200. Please keep in mind that these scores ARE NOT PERMANENT and can be changed. |
