Tension-Stress Test

DIRECTIONS: This is an quick, easy test to measure your level of tension, which is your body's reaction to too much stress. Rate each statement on how well it describes you by selecting one of the buttons to the statement's left in either the Many Times a Week, A Few Times a Week or Rarely If Ever.
